shopping facilities is 6 miles and beautiful Rye is 24 miles.

time 50 minutes). An ideal location for day trips to France. |

in Tunbridge Wells! Royal Tunbridge Wells lies at the heart
of one of the most scenic stretches of countryside in England.
The Chalybeate Spring was discovered in 1606 and soon visitors
from London and elsewhere flocked to 'the Wells' to try the waters.Today
Tunbridge Wells remains a popular place to live and to visit
as it maintains much of its original charm and elegance. The
town has excellent shopping, pubs & restaurants. Tunbridge
Wells has a sports centre offering indoor tennis courts, swimming
pools & squash courts.
Sleeps 6. Originally Victorian farm stables, and bull pen which
have been beautifully converted into a superb home which provides
beautiful accommodation boasting many original features including
stable doors and beams that have been incorporated plus the high
vaulted ceiling in the spacious living room to add to the charm

Set in over 70 acres of rolling countryside one mile east of
Ashdown Forest in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural
Beauty, the pretty enclosed garden enjoys views over the owners'
wildflower meadows and woodland. The property forms a quadrangle,
ensuring privacy and wind shelter, and the garden with patio,
lawn and pretty flower borders is safely enclosed. There is a
pond on the farm. Ample parking with security lighting. Horse
riding, golf, fishing and leisure centres with swimming pools
are all nearby, with shops in Uckfield (3 miles) and Crowborough.
You can visit castles, historic houses, gardens, the Glyndebourne
Opera House, good transport links are all nearby. Trains for
London are available 10 miles away in Haywards Heath and East
Grinstead and from near the property, buses to Brighton and Tunbridge
Wells are available (30 minutes drive).

is superb, carefully designed to a high standard of craftsmanship
and a wealth of oak beams and natural materials. It is quite
private, extremely well appointed and comfortable, located in
a rural and peaceful area, yet close to all amenities. The Hop
Farm Country Park is very close, wonderful Tunbridge Wells and
Maidstone with its many attractions are 15 minutes away, historic
Canterbury 45 minutes and Dover 1 hour by car. The railway station
at Paddock Wood is ideal for trains to London (40 minutes).
Sleeps 6. Bramley Cottage is a beautifully converted old stable
located in the centre of Five Oak Green near Paddock Wood and
an easy drive from the famous spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells
both with excellent train connections to London. Very near The
Hop Farm, which has numerous attractions all year round. Set
back from the village green the cottage offers immaculate accommodation
and 5 acres of wonderful traditional old Kentish orchard at your
disposal.

also just minutes from the historic county town of Cranbrook
with its wealth of good restaurants, pubs and specialist shops.
Enjoy the secluded garden overlooking your own private woodland
- and the home grown vegetables! Notes: The owners in the main
house have a Great Dane.

house, this new and beautifully presented detached conversion,
which was originally the Victorian laundry for the town, is located
on the edge of the picturesque Wealden town of Cranbrook. It
is in an ideal central position for visiting nearby Sissinghurst
Castle and gardens, Leeds Castle, Scotney and Bodiam Castle as
well as the many other gardens, castles, historic houses and
National trust properties in Kent and East Sussex.

rural Kentish countryside, with views over fields and paddocks,
this delightful granary has use of a superb heated swimming pool
and nestles quietly beside the owners beautiful farmhouse in
five acres of fields and paddocks. It is bright and spacious
and provides a comfortable holiday base for all the family with
many public footpaths to explore and a wealth of birds throughout
the seasons to watch and enjoy. This is a perfect central location
for visiting the many castles, gardens, National Trust properties
and historic houses in the area.

behind the bustling high street of the lovely Kent town of Cranbrook
with its famous windmill, great pubs and restaurants.

livestock farm in a peaceful and rural environment, yet is only
4 miles from the picturesque town of Cranbrook. It is a recently
refurbished farm property located within the grounds of the farmhouse,
with farmland surrounding and wildflower meadows. There are many
footpaths, bridle ways and quiet lanes to explore, yet not far
away you can shop for some wonderful local produce (the owners
of this cottage supply and own a butchers shop in Hawkhurst).
This is a perfect base for visiting the many castles, gardens,
National Trust properties and historic houses easily reached
within a short drive from this delightful holiday home. Staplehurst
station is approx 15 minutes away with a service to London or
the coast.
