Hamptonne, the Country Life Museum, St Lawrence.
The museum occupies restored farm buildings in the parish. An
apple orchard preserves native Jersey cider apple varieties and
the preinseu (cider press house) is the focus of the annual Faîs'sie
d'cidre cidermaking festival using traditional equipment and
methods. A collection of farm equipment, informative displays
and living history help to explain how Jersey farm life has developed
over the centuries. There is also a restaurant and picnic facilities
in the sheltered valley. Location:

865665. The Jersey Flower Centre is situated on the borders of
St Lawrence and St Mary. It is one of Jersey's most pleasing
attractions, with beautiful landscaped grounds surrounding the
highly productive glasshouses. Location:

Morel Farm, St Lawrence. A look through the
double-arched gateway into the yard at Morel Farm provides a
glimpse of the past. The arch on the left is for wheeled traffic
and the arch on the right is for those on foot. The pressoir
which forms the eastern wing to the enclosed courtyard contains
a 150 years old circular granite cider press and crusher.The
cottage is currently occupied by a tenant and, apart from the
outbuildings (e.g. the Pressoir), it is not open to the general
public. However, it is possible to visit the farm on the Heritage
