 Stevenage was designated as Britain's
first "New Town" in November 1946. Stevenage is in
the county of Hertfordshire. It is an excellent place to visit,
with so much to see and do in the county. Hertfordshire has some
excellent attractions and has the benefit of being around 30
minutes by train from the centre of London. Hertfordshire is
also close to London Heathrow, Luton and Stansted airports. |
