St Aubin is at the western end of
the magnificent crescent shaped beach which extends from St Helier
at the eastern end of St Aubin's Bay. St Aubin's landmarks are
the delighful harbour and the ancient St Aubin's Fort which can
be walked out to at low tide. St Aubin's is a beautiful, bustling
little town, with fine old merchant houses, quaint cottages and
working boatyards. The famous TV Detective Bergerac's Pub is
located at the far end of the bulwarks at the Old Court House.

St. Aubins Fort was built in the 1540's to
protect the ships that anchored there. These days visitors can
access the islet by foot at low tide to see the German fortifications
which were added in the Second World War during the occupation
of Jersey. Location: On
the outskirts of St Aubin.
