Kimbolton Castle, Kimbolton, Huntingdon, PE28
0EA. Tel: 01480 860 505. Kimbolton Castle is best known as the
final home (or prison) of King Henry VIII's first queen, Catherine
of Aragon. Although the Castle now belongs to Kimbolton School,
visitors can still see the impressive range of State Rooms, with
an outstanding set of murals by Pellegrini. We regret that access
to the State Rooms is difficult for visitors with limited mobility
and that there is no wheelchair access. About 6 miles north west of St Neots. |
