5 minutes walk from the town centre with its excellent range
of shops and restaurants.

between 8am and 9am; other times by arrangement. A varied breakfast
menu is available.

(equivalent to £35 pppn).
- Saffrons double £76 (equivalent
to £38 pppn).

(equivalent to £40 pppn).
- pppn = per person per night.
- Single occupancy
- For single occupancy the rates
are:
- Southfields twin £42.
- Saffrons double £48.

- Deposits:
- A deposit is required to secure
the booking; this is usually paid by cheque or by credit/debit
card.
- The deposit required is the
first nights stay for one or two night bookings, 1/3rd of the
total for three or more night bookings
- The deposit is non refundable.
Deposits paid are deducted from the final bill.

- Single night bookings:
- During peak times such as Tennis
Week, Airbourne, Christmas and the New Year etc, we will not
be able to accept single night bookings unless by special arrangement.
At other times, single night bookings are taken at our discretion.
This is to enable us to continue to offer single night bookings
at our current rates with no surcharges
