old home and luxury Bed and Breakfast near Chichester and Goodwood
in West Sussex.

and shop, but now you can relax in its beamed bedrooms, enjoy
a freshly prepared breakfast in our delightful breakfast room,
(where years ago people came to buy their groceries), or enjoy
a pot of tea in the garden.

and is freshly decorated and comfortably furnished to a standard
that you would expect for a Guest House that is "strongly

- Our car park is flat and there
are no steps into the house. There is space in the reception
room to store wheelchairs, and the breakfast room is suitable
for people in wheelchairs or with mobility difficulties.

- The ground floor room has a small
step, which cannot be ramped, and so is suitable for people with
reduced mobility who are not wholly reliant on a wheelchair.

- It has a large shower room with
high contrast between the floor and walls, bright lighting and
a brightly lit mirror.

- The shower is fitted with a shower
seat and two grab rails.
