- We provide bed and breakfast accommodation
in individually furnished rooms, all with shared bathrooms.

- For those people who prefer their
own bathroom, we have two self-contained studio apartments, each
with their own fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. These apartments
are available for long term lets as well as overnight and short
stays.

- Camberley is close to Bracknell,
Farnborough and Aldershot and just 30 miles from Heathrow Airport.
London is within easy reach by coach, road and rail. Camberley
town centre and railway station is just a 10 minute walk away.
Heatherbank is close to the Royal Military Academy at Sandhurst.

- Free car parking is available
in the grounds. We do not have wireless internet connection.
Heatherbank operates a no smoking policy. We are a gay friendly
establishment.

- Families will be made very welcome
and we have a large selection of board and card games to keep
the young and not so young entertained! There is a pool/snooker
table which can be converted into a table tennis court.

- There is a large garden that guests
may use. We don’t have any fixed play equipment in the garden
but we have badminton racquets and shuttlecocks.
- We can provide a travel cot and
high chair at no extra cost but no bedding.
- We welcome guests with service
dogs. Please read our access statement for full terms and conditions.
We do not accept pet dogs.
- We have two cats in residence.
If you suffer from an allergic reaction to cats Heatherbank may
not be suitable for you.

- Conservatory Room

- This room is on the ground floor
and as the name suggests, looks into the Conservatory (not available
to guests). It will accommodate 2/3 people in single beds. Tea
and coffee making facilities are provided.

- The Cherub Suite

- This studio apartment will accommodate
2 people in single beds.
- The beds are situated in the living
area and there is no separate bedroom.

- Beyond the sleeping/living area
is a walk in shower with a separate WC and washbasin. This then
leads to the fully equipped kitchen which has a washer/dryer.
- This suite can be booked as a
twin or single room with its own shower room and WC, but without
kitchen facilities.

- Cream Room

- The Cream room will accommodate
2 people. There is a standard double bed. There is a washbasin
in the room. A digital TV with integral DVD player is provided.
Tea and coffee making facilities are provided

- Green Room

- The Green room will accommodate
up to 4 people. There is a standard double bed plus a 4’6’’
folding bed, suitable for 1 adult or 2 children. A digital TV
and DVD player is provided. Tea and coffee making facilities
are provided. The shared bathroom is next door.

- Yellow Room

- The Yellow room is ideally a single
room but will accommodate 2 people in twin beds. A digital TV
and separate DVD player are provided. Tea and coffee making facilities
are provided. The shared bathroom is next door.

- This room is on the ground floor
and situated next to the WC and separate shared bathroom. It
will accommodate 2 people in single beds. There is a half size
pool/snooker table in the room. A large digital TV and DVD player
is provided. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided.

- The Apartment
-
- This studio apartment will accommodate
up to 3 people (1 double bed and 1 foldaway single bed).
- Please note that the beds are
situated in the living area and there is no separate bedroom.
The living area is furnished with 2 easy chairs, a large double
wardrobe, drop leaf dining table and 4 chairs. There is a large
TV with digital receiver and DVD player.
- There is a separate fully equipped
kitchen, leading through to a separate WC. Next to the WC is
a large bathroom with a newly reconditioned cast iron bath, a
large walk in shower cubicle and a washbasin. The washer/dryer
is situated in the bathroom.
- The Apartment can be booked as
a double room only, with shared bathroom and no kitchen.
- Additional Double
Room
- The Cream Room is situated next
door to the Apartment. This can be let as part of the Apartment
as there is an adjoining door between it and the Apartment. The
bathroom can be accessed by the Cream Room without going through
the Apartment.

- Prices

- Bed and breakfast (per room per night):
Yellow/Red rooms: £45 single, £55 twin. A discount
will be given if breakfast is not required.
- Green/Cream rooms: £55 single
occupancy, £65 double occupancy. A supplement of £20
is charged for a third guest in the Green room. A discount will
be given if breakfast is not required.
- Conservatory room: £65 double
occupancy, £80 triple occupancy. A discount will be given
if breakfast is not required.

- Self catering studio
apartments (per night):
The Apartment (sleeps 3): Self catering with kitchen and own
bathroom: £90 per night, £450 per week. Meals are
not provided.
- Room only with shared bathroom and
no kitchen: £65 per night. Breakfast is included.
Cherub suite (sleeps 2): Self catering with kitchen and own shower
room and WC: £80 per night, £400 per week. Meals
are not provided.
- Room with own shower room and WC
but no kitchen: £75 per night. Breakfast is included.
Special Offers
A 10% discount may be offered to guests booking for 2 or more
consecutive nights. The first night is chargeable at the basic
rate, the discount applies to the second and subsequent nights
only. The discount applies to the cost of accommodation only.
Breakfast will be charged at £5 per head per breakfast.
