one hundred years ago as a rectory but is now a family home offering
B & B in elegantly decorated, antique furnished rooms.

- To one side of the house are
three apartments, decorated and equipped to an extremely high
standard.

there are many features to help you enjoy your stay.

- These include picnic tables,
summer house, heated swimming pool, raised decking with fine
views, wendy house, table tennis, trampoline and other garden
games.

self catering flats as well as Bed & Breakfast available
in the main house.
- Two flats in a detached building
overlook the pool, beach and Portland Harbour.
Both have a large lounge/dining room with sofa bed, separate
kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms, one a double, the other a
twin (in the top flat 'SeaView') or a triple, ie. bunk beds and
a single (in the bottom flat 'SeaReach').

- The third apartment 'Orchard
Place' is on two storeys with views of the garden and from a
terrace on the first floor - the sea.

- This has a lounge/dining room
with sofa bed, open plan kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms upstairs,
one twin and one triple (one a 2' 6" bed).
The apartments are all graded three star, tastefully furnished,
recently refurbished and facilities include:- Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher,
Fridge, Microwave, Electric Cooker, Colour Television, Video
Recorder, Central Heating, Shower and Bath, Cot and High chair,
