decking area with views of the extensive grassed garden beyond.

bed, Wall mounted fire, fridge, toaster, kettle etc and TV/DVD.
Seperate doors lead from the main room to the second bedroom
and en-suite shower room.

are provided.

annex is via the door directly into the room from the rear garden
and overlooks the garden and large paddock beyond.

of the swimming pool which is Heated to between 26-30 degrees
c. Half of the pool has a depth of 3ft which slopes down to 7ft
at the deep end and has underwater lighting for an evening swim.
