ideal accommodation.
Sleaford is still a small traditional
Market Town and the market is held on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays.
The Royal Air Force has stong links with Sleaford, with stations
close by. A feature in the centre of town is the Handley Monument,
a former member of Parliament. Sleaford has a Rugby Club situated
approximately 1 mile north-east of Sleaford's town centre and
a Cricket Club which was founded in 1834. The town is surrounded
by flat fenland countryside, with the skyline dominated by the
144-foot spire of St.Denys' Church. Sleaford Castle, built in
the 12th-century, has only a few mounds remaining. Also see Sleaford & Sleaford
attractions. If you are in the right town but cannot find
