The Sheringham
hotels listed below are either in the town or we have given
a rough guide as to how far they are from Sheringham. We hope
you enjoy your stay and find your ideal accommodation.
The town of Sheringham is on the north
Norfolk coast, with houses and shops clinging to the steep streets
leading down to the sea. Sheringham has a long heritage, and
was primarily a fishing village. In the 19th century, the advent
of the railway to Sheringham meant the beginning of the tourism
industry, with hotels and guest houses opening up to serve the
new visitors. The fishing industry continues from Sheringham
today, and tourists continue to come to the town, which has attractions
such as the North Norfolk Railway, the Little Theatre and Sheringham
Park. There are long stretches of beaches, which have won the
Blue Flag for many years. Also see Sheringham
