Senlis

Senlis is situated on the river Nonette, between the forests of Chantilly and d'Ermenonville in the south and d'Halatte on the north. It is located 40 km north of Paris. The magnificent Gothic cathedral and surrounding well-preserved historic streets are worth visiting. The cathedral has a 78 metre tall spire dating from the 13th century, visible across the plain of Valois.
