Richmond Castle by Philip Wilson Steer"Richmond Castle" (1903) by Philip Wilson Steer 1860-1942 - Oil on canvas. Steer was among the leaders of British artists in his generation who looked to France for inspiration. He was one of the only few truly English Impressionist.
