- Welcome to Twitchill Farm Cottages
in the Peak District
- Four charming self catering cottages
with spectacular views overlooking the Hope Valley in the Peak
District National Park. Located 12miles west of Sheffield just
outside the delightful village of Hope.

- These stone built cottages are
located around an 18th century farmhouse on Win Hill, with a
panoramic view over the Hope Valley and across to Castleton and
its famous caverns and historic castle.

- There is an indoor heated swimming
pool next door to the main residence which is available for the
use of guests and is open all year round.

- All the cottages offer a high
level of comfort, are centrally heated and provided with bed
linen, towels, crockery, fridge freezer, TV video and DVD players,
microwave oven and electric cooker.

- Cots and high chairs are available
on request.

- There is a shared utility room
with a washing machine, tumble drier, additional freezer space.

- All around there is superb walking
country, and the wide choice of sightseeing opportunities includes
Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Buxton Spa and the famous Blue
John Caverns in nearby Castleton.

- We regret that we cannot accommodate
dogs or other pets.
We are now offering midweek breaks from Monday to Friday, either
for a relaxing short holiday, or with a total of up to 28 beds
in the four cottages this is the ideal location for a real 'away
from the office' group session.

- Ash Cottage is a charming three storey cottage which sleeps up
to eight people in four bedrooms. There is an open plan lounge
on the ground floor, with a dining and kitchen area.

- On the first floor there is a
double bedroom and a twin room, plus a bathroom with WC, basin
and bath with fitted shower.

- On the second floor there is another
double room and a twin room with an airing cupboard.

- Birch Cottage is essentially the same as Ash Cottage only difference
is that it has two double rooms on the first floor with an extra
single above one of the double beds sleeping upto 9 people they
have a shared lawned garden with back doors onto some decking.

- Ash and Birch cottages are usually
let as separate cottages, but a normally locked interconnecting
door on the top floor between the bedrooms can be opened to link
the two together to accommodate sixteen people in eight bedrooms.

- Chestnut cottage is a spacious two bedroom cottage which sleeps two
to six persons. There is a lounge and a separate kitchen area
on the ground floor.
- On the first floor there is a
double and a twin room, and a bathroom with shower, WC, hand
basin and bath. Ideal for two or four people, but if required
the comfortable bed-settee in the lounge can be used to sleep
two more guests.

- Elm cottage is also a pretty two bedroom cottage with two bedrooms
and a bed-settee in the lounge which can accommodate another
two if required, and which is similar to Chestnut Cottage.

- The shared Utility Room has a
tumble drier, washing machine, and additional freezer space for
Ash and Birch cottages. Boots, wellingtons and waterproofs can
be stored and dried in here if required.

- We are now offering midweek breaks
(Monday to Friday) for £475 for a large and £350
for a small cottage. Why not treat yourself to a relaxing four
days in the country.
There are up to 28 beds available in the four cottages, ideal
for an 'away from the office' group session.
