four of which are double and one twin giving sleeping capacity
for 10.

- Within these rooms are 2 further
single beds and 2 Z beds the latter of which can be moved around
the rooms to accommodate guests giving total sleeping for 14.

- We provide 2 cots one of which
is a travel cot and can be moved around to suit.

- All bedrooms are furnished to
a high standard with hand made antique pine furniture and co-ordinated
furnishings.There are quality fitted carpets throughout the cottage
giving warmth and luxury.

- The Master bedroom is ensuite,
with power shower, WC and wash basin. All rooms are airy and
spacious with many attractive features and all overlook the beautiful
gardens.

and bothy, it now provides our guests with a quality self catering
cottage located located in a quiet and peaceful rural setting
within the grounds of our grade II listed farmhouse -just 2 miles
from the pretty historic market town of Ashbourne.

- This unusual Peak District self
catering cottage has 3 ground floor bedrooms, two double and
one twin all with en-suite shower rooms.

- All en-suite bathrooms are tiled
with elegant white wall tiles and contrasting black tiled floors.
These floors have underfloor heating and heated towel rails keeping
them snug all year around.

- Each room has a WC, wash basin
and shower. On the first floor are two more double bedrooms one
with en-suite shower and the other with an en suite bathroom.
The total sleeping capacity is for 10 in actual full size beds.

bed settee, with private entrance to shared en-suite bathroom.
Two fold up Z beds can be supplied giving a total sleeping capacity
of 10+ 4 + 2 travel cots.

feature stairs leading up to a magnificent galleried kitchen.
