it has to offer. Chatsworth House, and Bakewell are only a 15
minute drive away, and Alton Towers, Britain’s best theme
park, can be reached within an hour.

modern fully integrated KITCHEN, along with the original 'Butler's Style' hand made,
wooden kitchen units. There is a gas hob and an electric oven,
fridge/freezer, and microwave.

area. The SITTING Room’s main feature in the large, wall mounted, flat screen
TV. Along with SKY TV , there is a DVD player and CD/radio system.

mounted TV with SKY viewing, cosy arm chairs, an occasional table
and chairs, plus coffee making facilities. You can walk straight
out of the bedroom onto your own terrace and enjoy morning coffee

with panoramic views over the Derwent Valley, this delightful
holiday home dates back to 1850's, and still exudes the character
of its origins.

overlooks the valley, and those stunning views, and there is
an outdoor dining table, and a BBQ, for you to enjoy.
- Inside has been styled to create
a real cosy atmosphere. A place which is full of charm and character,
and which makes an ideal place for couples seeking a romantic
break, who want to relax and hide away.

central location for discovering some of England's most beautiful
countryside, and Derbyshire's many major attractions. Matlock
town is a couple of minutes drive away, and Matlock Bath, Bakewell,
Haddon Hall, and the 'grandeur' of Chatsworth House, is all within

TERRACE is south facing, and a perfect place for enjoying those
glorious summer days.

of this delightful room is the DERBYSHIRE STONE FIREPLACE (not

and watching your favourite programme on the TV'. A SKY BOX is
also available, providing some Sky channels and radio stations
(please bring your sky viewing card for full sky access), and

floods this room with light, and takes full advantage of the
room's glorious aspect.

- THE MAIN BEDROOM is cosy, yet spacious,
inviting, and romantic. The bedroom includes a double wardrobe,
a dressing table, and an occasional chair. There is a small off
room', which provides plenty of storage for large bags or suitcases
etc.

inviting and includes two twin beds.

- THE BATHROOM is beautifully decorated
in a real 'country style', and includes the original Victorian
sink, found during renovation. The bathroom also has a panelled
bath, and an overhead shower.

original Victorian features such as; beams, fireplaces, and a

open plan kitchen/diner/lounge.

second bedroom is cool, calm, and contemporary. Plenty of storage

an original cast iron, ROLL TOP BATH, which is absolutely perfect
for relaxing in, and soaking aching muscles, after a long walk.
However, if a truly invigorating shower is required, then fear
not. A great separate shower cubical is incorporated in the bathroom,
and includes not only a large powerful shower head, but a second
shower hose. The solid granite floor tiles are a feature in them
selves, and add to the luxury of this room
