restored Pavilion Gardens which themselves contain The Winter
Gardens, Bandstand, Octagon, Playground and miniature lake.

Ale Bar has the finest selection of Cask Ales in the area as
well as it’s own delicious menu and is the ideal place to
unwind after an eventful day or evesdrop on the locals.

- Our 39
spacious (double/family) en suite rooms are equipped with all
modern comforts including, 20” satellite/text TVs, shared
modem point, trouser presses and self-correcting radio/alarm
clocks with the majority furnished with pine or metal bedsteads.
- Most enjoy
views of the surrounding greenery which certainly helps to create
a tranquil feeling. The majority are served by lift and other
amenities include an ice machine, local area library, large screen
TV room, lounge and secure parking.

- Our ongoing
refurbishment program means that nearly 2/3 of bathrooms have
been totally replaced with the remainder due for completion by
the end of 2001.

believe that our staff are the friendliest in the Peak District.
Part of this is down to the atmosphere that we try to create
through a low key and informal style.
