Oulton Broad is known as the ‘southern gateway to the Broads’ and links the North Sea via Lake Lothing and Mutford Lock with Oulton Dyke, then the River Waveney and the rest of the Broads system. It has a wide range of watersports activities and facilities. The Broad is subject to a 6 mph speed limit and there is a yacht station towards its eastern side.
