- Chatts Cottage is a self contained,
self-catering residence located close to the centre of the picturesque
village of Aberdovey within a three minute walk from an award
winning sandy beach.
The cottage dates back to 1830 and stands sideways up a small
drive off Church Street. The property has been carefully modernised
to retain its old world charm.
The cottage has four bedrooms and sleeps 6 with ease. Heating
is provided throughout, there is a television with DVD player
and a CD / radio / cassette player.

- The Schreiber kitchen is equipped
with a fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, a large
Stoves electric cooker and electric heating.

- The lounge has a beamed ceiling,
inglenook fireplace and the original slate floor. Seating is
provided by way of two large leather settees and a separate armchair.
- Heating in the lounge is by way
of an attractive stove electric fire.

- Upstairs on the right is a bedroom
with twin single beds, electric heating, wash basin, shaver socket,
a fitted wardrobe and a large chest of drawers.

- The second bedroom has a double
bed, wash basin, shaver socket, chest of drawers and electric
heating.

- The third adjoining bedroom has
a double bed, large wardrobe and electric heating. Leading out
of this room is the fourth bedroom with bunk beds, wash basin
with water heater, shaver socket, electric heating and a chest
of drawers.

- Outside the third and fourth bedrooms
is a large balcony with views over the estuary to Ynyslas and
down the coastline.

- The bathroom has a heated towel
rail, a fully tiled shower over bath and W.C.

- There is a drying area along the
balcony and an outside W.C. For your additional comfort night
storage heaters are provided for early and late holidays.

- Some few yards from the cottage
are 32 easy steps which lead onto the front, shops, harbour and
sandy beach.

- The cottage has its own drive
and provides parking for one car.
- All bed linen, towels and electricity
are included in the price.

- Please note that Chatts Cottage
is a non-smoking property.

per week. Weekly bookings normally run from Saturday to Saturday.
