- The Joys of Life is a 10 acre
Country Park and Wild Life Nature Reserve, with its own small,
lovely lake (200 yards from the house, unfenced and fairly deep,
therefore we do not advise bringing very young children).

- The Park is situated at the foot
of the Nant Francon Pass that runs through the picturesque Snowdonia
National Park.

A double room with an extra single bed and a twin-bedded room
are available in the main house, with or without breakfast.

- Cottage-style fully modernised
bedrooms.
- The building is a modern conversion
of an old stone farm building which is over 100 years old.

- Ground floor kitchen, dining room.
Spacious lounge and a small group lecture room situated on the
first floor.
- There are 3 twin-bedded rooms,
plus 2 family rooms each with a double bed plus twin beds in
an upper gallery area.

- Note: This is
a non-smoking establishment and we are unable to accomodate children
between 1-5 years due to the proximity of water features.

Bed and Breakfast
£25.00 to £35.00 per head, depending on room type
and number in party. Plus breakfast (if required): £4-£5

5 Ensuite Double bedrooms: 3 twin-bedded and 2 rooms with a double
bed plus 2 singles.
Own private garden. Central heating all year round.
Friday to Friday lets, or shorter stays out of season.
Low season: £950 - £1200 pw.
High season: £1400 pw. £275 per night (min 5 nights)
Off-season breaks £200 - £250 per night (min 2 nights)
Christmas, New Year: £1750 per week (already taken Dec.21st
2007 to Jan.4th 2008)

Low season: £450.00 pw.
High season: £600 pw.

- Caravan Club of
Great Britain Approved Camping Site.
There is a Caravan Club Certified site for 5 touring vans in
the park, 200 yards from the house. Mixed grass and hard standings.
There is a water point, waste disposal sluice, toilet and electric
hook-ups.

Our caravan site has spaces for 6 touring vans with electricity
hook-up points.
Cost per van/night:
LOW SEASON (January, February, November, December) £10
HIGH SEASON (March-October) £12. Awnings £1 extra.
NOTE: To camp here you
must first join the UK Caravan Club
Sorry, we are unable to
accomodate pets, but there are Local Boarding Kennels & Catteries.

There is a site for tents with spectacular views. Toilets and
water are available, but not showers or electricity.
