House overlooking the beautiful Cardigan Bay and the Aberdovey
Championship Golf Course in the Snowdonia National Park.

1 mile from the unspoilt village of Aberdovey (probably the prettiest
coastal village in the Snowdonia National Park), and just 2 minutes
from the beach.

- John and Pat have owned Brodawel
for the past thirteen years, and have turned their charming house
into a peaceful and idyllic retreat for their guests to enjoy.
- Once you walk through the front
door you feel at home immediately.

- A quiet and comfortable lounge
overlooks the pretty garden - ideal for the guests to sit and
relax in with a hot pot of tea. Many little treats
are to be found here and all around the house.

- There is a pleasant breakfast
room, which also overlooks the garden. The best breakfasts for
miles, so the guests keep telling us!

- Times for this nourishing treat
are flexible, although average arrivals are between 08:30
09:00.

- All five beautiful rooms are
en-suite, some with bath and shower, some with shower only. All
have magnificent sea views and many little extras to make your
stay as comfortable as we possibly can.

with colour television, radio, hair dryer, tea & coffee.

- Forty-one Grove Place is a
most attractive end of terrace self catering holiday cottage
situated a little way up Copperhill Street very close to the
centre of the seaside village of Aberdovey, where there are quaint
shops, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance.

- The front door opens into a
very welcoming lounge/dining room, with solid fuel burner for
those chilly evenings, although the cottage is centrally heated.
There is a TV and video. A welcome pack is provided including
coffee, tea, milk, eggs, bacon, fruit, and bread, plus some treats
such as sweets, sherry and wine.
- A compact but well equipped
kitchen is situated behind with a door leading to the private
sunny garden. The kitchen is equipped with:
- dishwasher
- microwave
- fridge/freezer

There are also ironing facilities provided, and there is a laundry
service available just down the road in the village. Upstairs
there is a double bedroom, single bedroom and bathroom. Soap,
shampoo and hairdryers are supplied.

- parking is at a premium in the quaint narrow streets of Aberdovey!
