cottage dating from 1825 and located in the quiet hamlet of Juniper,
4 miles south of Hexham market town and historic Corbridge.

Wall, Durham Cathedral, Beamish Museum, Northumberlands Coast
and Castles and the heather covered North Pennines.

- Tea, coffee and homemade biscuits
are always available on your arrival and in the evenings after
your day's excusions.

adults in two charming double bedded, en suite bedrooms. Both
rooms have sunny south facing aspects over looking the garden.

or more nights (for full adult occupancy of a double bedded room)

rooms at £25 per person per night, however, we are unable
to offer the 10% discount for single occupancy.

of booking we are able to make one of our rooms available as
a twin bedded room.

sandstone cottage tucked away down a tree lined drive. There
are wonderful panoramic views of Slaley Forest and the heather
covered North Pennine hills.

- The cottage sits in four acres
of pasture which is being developed into natural wildlife habitat
rich in wild flowers and biodiversity.

of Hadrians Wall lies just 9 miles to the North.

- The Bedrooms.........
- The open plan staircase leads
from the living area to the upstairs landing accessing three
bedrooms and a bathroom with wc., handbasin, bath and over-bath
shower.

- Both double bedrooms have handbasins
and can be twin or double bedded rooms provided we receive your
requirements in advance. There is a good sized single room.

- All three bedrooms have good storage
and expansive views over the surrounding countryside.

- It is possible to book for any
number of nights with a minimum booking of 2 nights

- All fuel inclusive of oil central
heating, oil-fired Aga, woodburning stove, and electricity is
included in the price. Towels, tea towels, bed linen (maximum
of 5 persons) are provided.
- The prices quoted are all inclusive.

- To allow for 'change over' of
guests the cottage is available from 3 pm on the day of your
arrival and we ask that you vacate the cottage by 11 am on your
day of departure
