and have re-designed the rooms and renovated the communal areas
to a very modern and high standard. Ensuring that our guests
are comfortable throughout their stay.

relaxing shades of brown and cream and appropriately furnished
to guests requirements.

crisp sheets, soft towels and a friendly welcome. Empty plates

are excellent and we are only a short distance from the historic
market town of Yarm - renowned for it's diverse shops and restaurants
and the buzzing night life.

Tees. Yarm is ideal for walking and is popular for water sport
activities and golf.
