Welcome to our page of accommodation in The New
Forest! The New Forest was created in 1079 by William the
Conqueror as a hunting area, principally of deer. The New Forest
has also been an important source of timber for the Crown. It
is an outstanding recreational area for walking and riding. The
ponies, cattle and pigs turned out into the open forest are owned
by the "Commoners". If you are
in the right town but cannot find the accommodation you want
on this page, you might consider bed
and breakfast in The New Forest or The
New Forest hotels.
