Thetford
Forest Park, located on the border of Norfolk and Suffolk. Designated
a Forest Park by the Forestry Commission in May 1990, Thetford
Forest attracts over 1.5 million visitors each year. It hasa
large population of hares, rabbits, gamebirds and deer. It has
become popular with mountain bike enthusiasts, both families
and experienced riders enjoy the trails.

Newmarket Racecourses, Westfield House, The Links, Newmarket,
Suffolk, CB8 0TG. Tel: 01638 675 500. Newmarket is both the historical
home and the current powerhouse of British horseracing. The excellent
facilities are extremely flexible and are the ideal venue for
a wide variety of events. The town houses over 2500 racehorses,

Mildenhall lies in Suffolk, a county of picturesque
well-preserved towns, villages of colour-wash and thatched cottages
and a fine selection of medieval churches. Suffolk borders Norfolk
to the north, Cambridgeshire to the west and Essex to the south,
with the North Sea lying to the east. Its county town is Ipswich
and other important towns include Lowestoft and Bury St Edmunds.
The county is noted for having been the home to two well-regarded
painters, Thomas Gainsborough and John Constable - the Stour
Valley area is known as "Constable Country" - and the
