The Meopham
hotels listed below are either in the town or we have given
a rough guide as to how far they are from Meopham. We hope you
enjoy your stay and find your ideal accommodation.
Meopham is a large rural Parish just
five miles south of Gravesend and the River Thames. There are
four villages that comprise the Parish of Meopham - Hook Green,
Meopham Green, Culverstone and Harvel. Between them they possess
a wealth of historic buildings with village greens, a Country
Park with footpaths, bridleways and byways which crosses miles
of attractive landscapes and open country. Cricket has been played
on Meopham Green since 1778. It is overlooked by the Cricketers
Inn, one of Meophams well known public houses and also by the
Windmill built by the Killick Brothers in 1801. Visits to the
Windmill can be made in the summer months by arrangement with
the parish council. Also see Meopham
