	Alford Windmill, The Five Sailed Windmill, East Street, Alford, Lincolnshire LN13 9EQ. Tel: 01507 462136. One of England’s finest working windmills, milling organic flours. The six-storey windmill has a Tea Room and garden, wholefood shop, restored bakery oven and antiques in the old Engine House. (Photo right). About 5 miles southwest of Mablethorpe.

	Claythorpe Water Mill and Wildfowl Gardens, Aby, Nr. Alford, Lincolnshire. LN13 ODU. Tel: 01507 450687. Home to over 500 birds from exotic waterfowl, ducks, geese and swans, to crowned cranes, storks and ibis. There are peacocks and pheasants, cockerels,wallabies, goats and a miniature Shetland pony. Bygone Exhibit Area, Ye Olde Bakery Shop Tableaux, an Enchanted Fairy Tale Woods, and little Country Fare and Gift Shops. About 8 miles southwest of Mablethorpe.

A small museum in the beautiful historic market town of Louth, built in 1910 by the Louth Naturalists' Antiquarian and Literary Society and is still run by them today.
