Barvaux lies 33 km. north-east of Rochefort and 58
km. south of Liege. Barvaux stretches itself out in a wide valley
at the outside of a curve, shaped by a rocky hill between Bomal
and Durbuy. The little town has a large diversity of architectural
and natural heritage. For example the Medieval tower Tour de
Diable, several limestone houses from the 17th and 18th century
of the wrinkled rock along the Ourthe. The holiday house is situated
just outside the centre and on an hill. The house has been newly
built and splendid furnished. In the large living room you can
cosily sit with all of you, but there is also enough room in
the house to occasionally withdraw yourself if you wish to. The
majority of the bedrooms on the top floor have their own bathroom.
A sloping garden also belongs to the house in where a garden
house is where the children can play in. A large terrace with
garden furniture and barbeque are also available |
