Welcome to our page of bed and breakfast in Ludlow!
Ludlow is one the jewels of the Welsh Marches. With its
castle, Ludlow is perched on a cliff above the picturesque River
Teme. John Betjeman described Ludlow as "the loveliest town
in England" with over 500 listed buildings, mainly Georgian
or half-timbered. Ludlow's ordered elegance is evidence of the
900 year old Norman planned town. There is a wide range of individual
shops: bakeries, delicatessens, clothes shops, ironmongers, gift
shops, book shops, antique shops and craft shops. Ludlow is the
gastronomic capital of Shropshire with more Michellin -starred
restaurants than any other town in the country. It has its own
racecourse (photo). Ludlow is situated north of Leominster. Ludlow
has many things to offer visitors, from the famous Ludlow castle
to its racecourse for horse racing fans. Ludlow has a wide range
of shops from small boutiques to large national stores. Antiques,
books and art galleries. |
