- Welcome to the Village Limits
Restaurant and Motel. We are a friendly, relaxed B&B attached
to a small restaurant and bar located on the outskirts of Woodhall
Spa.

- We have 8 twin bedrooms with
en-suite bath and shower. The bedrooms are all ground floor rooms
in a separate building to the Bar and Restaurant and offer a
comfortable, quiet nights rest.

- Each room has it's own entrance
and is furnished to a high standard including 2 single beds,
TV and tea & coffee making facilities.

- One of our rooms is specifically
designed for people with disabilities please mention at the time
of booking if you require this room.

- A freshly prepared breakfast
is served from 8am-9am
- Checkout is by 10am
- Check-in is after 3pm. We prefer
that you let us know in advance what time you will be arriving.

- We pride ourselves in serving
homemade traditional British meals sourced with local Lincolnshire
produce.

- We offer an ever changing specials
board along side our a la carte menu. Our dessert menu is a selection
of homemade treats and Lincolnshire Dennetts ice cream which
we think is the best dairy ice cream locally.

- If you have any special dietary
requirements please try to let us know in advance and we will
do our best to prepare you an enjoyable meal.

- We have a small cosy bar offering
bar snacks and drinks. There is also a beer garden with stunning
views of the countryside.

- Whilst we don't have a children's
play area, or baby changing facilities children are more than
welcome to come along accompanied by an adult.

- We are currently working on
our children's menu and in the meanwhile are happy to serve any
of our regular meals as a smaller portion at a reduced price.
