	Location: This family-run hotel is just off the A27, opposite Shoreham Airport and 1.5 miles (2.4 km) from the sea. It offers free Wi-Fi, free parking, a bar and a good seafood restaurant. The Sussex Pad Hotel is in lovely gardens in the beautiful South Downs countryside. It is close to Lancing College and is a mile (1.6 km) from Lancing Rail Station. Brighton is less than 10 miles (16 km) away and Worthing is 4 miles (6.4 km) from the Sussex Pad. The hotel has a conservatory and parts of the building date back to the 18th century.
