La Ferte-Mace

La Ferte-Mace is in the heart of the Normandy Maine Regional Park. La Ferte-Mace has a wide range of shops and hypermarket. It has a large market on Thursdays, with a covered food market. La Ferte-Mace has a leisure complex on the nearby lake with beaches, sailing and pedalos, fishing, golf and walks. Nearby spa resort of Bagnoles-de-l'Orne is a lively tourist town with specialist shops, hotels, cafes, cinema, casino and a weekly market. It is best known for its health spas and has an attractive lake with pedalos.
