Kinloch Rannoch attractions |

 Kinloch Rannoch
is a little village at the eastern end of Loch Rannoch. It is
a popular destination for backpackers as a base for local walks
and cycling trips. There is good fishing in the rivers and lochs
in the area. To the west is Rannoch Moor and Glencoe and to the
east is Loch Tummel and Pitlochry. Kinloch Rannock is 18 miles
west of Pitlochry, 40 miles NW of
Perth. |

restored by the Menzies Clan Society seat of the Chiefs of Clan
Menzies for over 400 years and importantly situated. Bonnie Prince
Charlie rested here on his way to Culloden in 1746. About 18 miles east of Kinloch Rannoch. |

Croftmoraig
Stone Circle, near Aberfeldy. Croftmoraig is an incredibly impressive
monument, with its concentric rings and outliers on an artificial
platform. The site was excavated in 1965. About 12 miles southeast of Kinloch Rannoch. |
