as the gateway to the Loophead Peninsula, it is a busy little
holiday town, host to tourists for the past 200 years. Kilkee
boasts a beautiful golden sandy beach. This picturesque Victorian
resort village which has frequently been awarded the "Blue
Flag" by the European Union in recognition of its beautiful
clean beach

Kilkee is a mecca for divers. The Kilkee Diving
& Watersports Centre is fully-equipped and caters to both
beginners and experts. Divers can go to depths from 10 metres
(32 feet) to 45 metres (147 feet). The diverse marine life attracts
