The villages are often considered as one. Both villages are served by the Church of St. Wilfrids. Kibworth has many shops, pubs, a number of restaurants, a post office and a local Cricket club. A nearby attraction is Foxton Locks which are ten canal locks consisting of two "staircases" each of five locks, located on the Grand Union Canal. Kibworth Beauchamp has pubs, restaurant, newsagents, a Garden Centre, fish & chips, a chinese and uindian takeaways, take away and a Co-op store with a 24 hour ATM.
