- Chartham is mentioned in historical
records as far back as 871. The village green is a five minute
walk from Stour Farm. Here are some of Charthams oldest
buildings. Half-timbered Bedford House was built in 1420. Forge
house in the 18th century. The Kings Head Inn is at least 500
years old.

- We offer two en-suite (shower/WC)
double bedrooms. Both have 5 foot wide double beds and are furnished
to a high standard. They also have tea/coffee making facilities,
colour TV, hairdryer and security box.

and secure storage for bikes or other equipment.

cooked to order and served in the breakfast room or weather permitting,
on the sun terrace overlooking the river.
