in High Wycombe! High Wycombe is a hilly town situated
at the southernmost foothills of the Chilterns. It is the largest
town in Buckinghamshire and grew up during the 18th and 19th
centuries around the furniture industry,once known as "the
furniture capital of England." High Wycombe has a modern
town centre, with arcades and many clothes shops. It has a wide,
typically Georgian High Street, dominated at its western end
by the Little Market House, built by Robert Adam and known as
"The Pepperpot". High Wycombe is the home of Wycombe
