Welcome to our page of accommodation in Helston!
Helston is an ancient coinage and market town, first granted
its charter in 1201. The widest, main street Coinagehall Street
was described by John Betjeman as "It takes a beautiful
curve like the Oxford "High" and is well terminated
at either end". Helston is home of " The Furry Dance".
Flora Day is held every year, the celebration believed to be
pre-Christian, when the whole town is decorated with local greenery
and bluebells and the day is spent with dancing by the whole
town. Also see Helston & Helston
attractions. If you are in the right
town but cannot find the accommodation you want on this page,
you might consider bed and breakfast
in Helston or Helston hotels. |
