Bed and breakfast in Harlech. The spectacularly sited
Harlech Castle
is a World Heritage Site, and dominates the small town of Harlech.
The castle seems to grow naturally from the rock on which it
is perched, it was built in the late 13th century by Edward 1st
as part of an "iron ring" of castles surrounding the
coastal fringes of Snowdonia. Harlech itself has plenty for the
visitors, its winding streets open out to views of Snowdonia,
Harlech Beach, Tremadog Bay and the Llyn Peninsular. It has cafes,
bistros, restaurants, tea rooms, art galleries, a theatre, pottery
shops, a swimming pool and a championship golf course. Also see
