Goodwick lies in Dyfed, a preserved
county of Wales that covers the former counties of Cardiganshire,
Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire. Dyfed consists of a peninsula
with Cardigan Bay to the north, Camarthen Bay to the south, and
inlets to the west. Inland Dyfed is hilly and mountainous while
the coasts are dotted with cliffs and sandy beaches. This beautiful
county has great variety, majestic coastal cliffs to sand dunes,
river estuaries to cascading streams, from gently rolling farmland
to rocky outcrops, all within a few miles of each other. |
