- We offer exceptional Bed and
Breakfast Hotel /Gites accommodations in the Loire Valley.

- La Prairie is in a lovely quiet
spot yet ideally located for visiting all the Chateaux and Vineyards
of the Loire Valley. Amboise, Chenonceau, Tours, Chambord, Langeais,
Azay Le Rideau etc are all easily accessible. The farm dates
from 1680 and is built in the local, creamy white Tuffeau Stone.

- Nous vous offrons
des Chambres D'Hotes / Gites dans une trés belle proprieté
avec piscine chauffer. La Prairie est implanté sur 7 hectares
avec ses chevaux, de beau jardins, deux etang et tranquilité
absolue. Nous sommes trés bien placé pour visiter
les Chateau de la Loire ainsi que ses vignobles.

- The property is surrrounded
by 17 acres of grassland (for our horses), pretty gardens, several
patios, a heated outdoor swimming pool, and a lovely lake. All
the rooms are of a very high quality furnished with Antiques
from around France many with old oak beams and Tuffeau stone
walls. Each is named after flowers growing in the gardens and
grounds. The bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, which are specially
designed and equipped for your comfort.

- We will be pleased to welcome
you at La Prairie and are more than happy to help you with travel
arrangements and directions around the area. We can point you
towards the 'off the beaten path' special sights where tourists
do not venture. It will also be our pleasure to recommend the
best restaurants, the best vineyards - but not necessarily the
most expensive!

- You will be pleasantly surprised
by the quality of our 3 bedrooms, the bedrooms have sitting areas
of their own. There is also a small kitchen for guests to use
(for those small snacks and drinks in the evenings), and a sitting
room. Outside you will find peace and tranquility in the gardens
and of course our heated Swimming pool!

- Chambre Fuchsia - 115 Euro per night
including breakfast.
- Chambre Lilas - 72 Euro per night for
2 people, including breakfast - 95 Euro per night for 3 people,
including breakfast
- Chambre La Roseraie - 70 Euro for 2
people per night, including breakfast - 55 Euro for 1 person,
including breakfast

- We serve a delicious breakfast
between 8am and 9am each morning - either in the dining room
or, when the sun shines on the terrace outside.
- Breakfast consists of Freshly
ground coffee/tea/hot chocolate, croissants, baquettes, choice
of patisseries, yoghurts, orange or apple juice and home-made
jams/honey.
- Toutes nos
chambres ont leur salle de bains privatif, elles sont comfortables
et bien meubles.
- Le Petit-dejeuner est servis
entre 08:00 heures et 09:00 heures dehors sur le terrace si il
fait beau ou dans le salle a manger.

- La Prairie Self Catering

- Our two Gites 'Glycine' and
'Lavande' can be rented for a minimum of 3 nights.
- We have two self-catering gites
(cottages) which are also of a very high standard - furnished
and equipped to best suit your needs. A one-bedroomed 'Glycine'
sleeping up to 3 people and a two-bedroomed gite 'Lavande' sleeping
up to 5 people.

- Gite 'Glycine'
- A perfect small gite overlooking
the swimming pool and horses fields beyond. Glycine is well equipped
with a double bed and a single bed, bathroom, small kitchen and
a sitting/dining area. Access is directly from the swimming pool
area, so we do not advise the use of Glycine for very young children.
- Minimum 3 nights stay : 270
Euro including all linen/electricity etc....
- Weekly stays during June and
Sept : 500 Euro per week
- Weekly stays during July and
August : 600 Euro per week
- Weekly stays rest of year :
400 Euro per week
- Notre Gite
Glycine est trés beau avec vue sur la piscine. Il y a
un grand lit et un lit simple, petit coin cuisine equipée,
salle de bains independante, salon/salle a manger.
- Les deux gites
sont comfortable et trés bien meubles

- Gite Lavande
- A beautifully presented cottage
with a double bedroom and a triple room (3 x single beds); Fully
equipped kitchen, bathroom and dining/sitting room. Furnished
with Antiques from the region.
- There are no stairs to negotiate,
so this Gite is ideal for children and those who find stairs
difficult.
- 3 nights minimum : 360 Euro
- Weekly June : 700 Euro
- Weekly July-August : 800 Euro
- Le Gite Lavande
est trés spacieux avec cuisine equipée, salon/salle
a manger, salle de bains, une chambre avec grand lit et une chambre
avec 3 lits simples. Il est meuble avec des belles Antiquities
de la region.
- Le Gite est
de plein pied, donc parfait pour les enfants ou les personnes
avec difficultées.
- Both our gites can be rented
for a minimum of 3 nights or 7 nights + during June/July/August.
- Our Gites are of a very high
quality and we ask you to respect this when using them. Rates
include linen/towels/electrcity/water etc.. plus a welcome pack
on your arrival. (bread, milk, tea, coffee etc..)
- We ask for a breakage deposit
of 250 Euro, which is returned to you at the end of your stay
(subject to breakages and damage of course!)
- We can also provide breakfast
to our guests in the Gites at a rate of 8 Euro per person - please
do ask if you would like this service.
