Welcome to our page of
accommodation in Forres! Forres, an ancient Royal Burgh Town,
is situated on the Moray Coast, 25 miles NE of Inverness.
Forres has grown much in recent years and now has over 9,000
inhabitants. Forres is well known for its award wining floral
sculptures and is steeped in local history and traditions. Nelson
Tower was built in 1806 to commemorate Nelson's victory at Trafalgar.
The Tower gives a superb view of Forres and the Moray Firth.
The Tolbooth has been used as a prison, courtroom, council chamber,
is now used as a rent collection office for The Moray Council.
