Welcome to our page of
bed and breakfast in Forres! Forres, an ancient Royal
Burgh Town, is situated on the Moray Coast, 25 miles NE of Inverness. Forres has grown much in
recent years and now has over 9,000 inhabitants. Forres is well
known for its award wining floral sculptures and is steeped in
local history and traditions. Nelson Tower (photo below) was
built in 1806 to commemorate Nelson's victory at Trafalgar. The
Tower gives a superb view of Forres and the Moray Firth. The
Tolbooth (photo opposite) has been used as a prison, courtroom,
council chamber, is now used as a rent collection office for
