We hope you enjoy your stay and find your ideal accommodation.
Fleetwood is situated on the Lancashire
coast, at the mouth of the River Wyre, on the southern shore
of Morecambe Bay. It is one of the UKs major ports for
ferries to and from Northern Ireland, and has been a major fishing
port for 90 years. Located adjacent is the Freeport Fleetwood
shopping and leisure complex. The Centre was established in 1994
on the site of the old docks. Fleetwood is known worldwide for
its tram system and until recently was the only UK town where
trams ran along the main street. Tram Sunday is a popular event
in July of every year, featuring trams, buses, coaches, cars,
and even tanks. John Lennon spent his childhood holidays in Fleetwood.
