two rooms with double beds and wash hand basin, and an adjacent
twin room with two full length bunk beds, sharing an adjoining
bathroom for guest's use only.
- An additional put-u-up bed can
be provided in one of the double rooms.

and coffee making facilities, fans and hairdryers.
- Guests are asked not to smoke
in the house.

are included and are available between 7.30am and 9.00am.
