Norfolk and enjoys a mild climate throughout the year without
the wind associated with the east Norfolk coast.

- The Guest Cottage is a pretty
carrstone and brick detached property built in the mid 1800s
and stands in gardens of Cheney Hollow which are approximately
1 acre.
- A private section has been
allocated to the Guest Cottage, which has a large patio with
its own garden furniture.
This cottage is perfect for two people, however there is a double
Put-U-Up in the lounge for two extra. The bedroom is large enough
for a cot and a child on a Z bed.

- The kitchen has electric cooker;
fridge with icebox, microwave, storage heater and an automatic
washing machine with tumble drier.
- The lounge has a comfortable
put-u-up couch, easy chair, colour television, occasional tables,
dining table and chairs.
- On the first floor the large
bedroom has two single beds with bedside cabinets, dressing table
and a large cupboard.

:- bath with power shower over, wash hand basin, WC., electric
razor point and electric panel radiator.

- The Garden Cottage is ideal for 2 people who want holidays throughout
the year. The lounge has a comfortable 3 seater couch, colour
television, radio, coffee table, dining table and chairs.
- Range of kitchen cupboards,
4 ring electric hob, sink, grilling and roasting microwave, fridge
with ice box and dishwasher.
A conservatory overlooks the large lawn , two sun room armchairs.
Bathroom comprising :- Air (bubble) bath with power shower.
- The bedroom has a 5 foot queen
bed.
