is located for easy access to the beach, local walks and the
bustling town centre. Sheringham itself is well situated for
the wide variety of attractions that are either very local or
within easy travelling distance.
- Special events are staged throughout
the year and Colin or Sandy will be able to provide you with
this information, during your stay with us

- The guest rooms are centrally
heated, double glazed and all have their own wash basins, electric
shaver point with light above. Towels and flannels are provided
for each guest along with complimentary, individually wrapped
soap tablets and hair shampoo.
Each room is furnished with drink making facilities and complimentary
tea, coffee and hot chocolate, milk and sugar is provided.

- The rooms are also equipped
with a radio alarm clock and a remote controlled colour TV (that
has both a video channel link and a channel for Satellite Digital
programmes).
- A hairdryer is available, as
is the ironing board and steam iron.

Rooms:
These have recently been constructed and are located next to
the guest bedrooms and are for the exclusive use of our guests.
- The bathroom is complete with
full sized bath, WC and wash basin and the Shower room is complete
with power shower, WC and wash basin.

- Please feel free to meander
through our split level garden. We have 2 ponds so please be
careful. There is garden furniture, including an 8 seat teak
wooden table and wooden chairs. Also a 3 seater swing chair and
other garden loungers.

- We have a large gas BBQ and
guests may book the use of this for an additional charge. (All
crockery, cutlery and glassware is supplied) (You may find this
an attractive alternative to eating out at the many local restaurants
and public houses).
