throughout the building with many interesting items.

to a standard you would expect only from top class hotels but
a lot cheaper, most rooms are fully en-suite with the front rooms
having the best sea views.
Situated on Hunstantons cliff tops we have one of the best sea
views on the coast.
The beach is only a 5 minute walk and the town centre only 10
minutes walk.

which is floodlit at night with CCTV.
Access to rooms available whenever you want, we are not the frosty
old Fashioned guest house of yesteryear.!

A deposit of £25.00 is required to confirm your reservation.
Unless by prior arrangement a room will only be held up to 6.00
