Avoncroft is a fascinating museum of historic buildings spanning seven centuries, rescued and rebuilt on a beautiful open-air site. The Museum now has 25 historic building exhibits, as well as a further 10 exciting activities and areas of interest, including rides on a model steam railway, a beautiful wild flower meadow and orchard, and our Sensory Garden project. www.avoncroft.org.uk. 	Sacred Heart Presbytery, 208 Worcester Road, Droitwich Spa, Worces, WR9 8AZ. Church of the Sacred Heart and St. Catherine of Alexandria is covered in mosaics. This beautiful church can be reached by taking the A38 from Droitwich towards Worcester and is only a short journey from the town. Car parking available. Presently the residence of the Bishop of Worcester, with two-thirds of the building leased out to Worcestershire County Council who use it as the County Museum. About 5 miles north of Droitwich.

The cottage he was born in is about 3 miles from Worcester , and houses manuscripts, scores, concert programmes, and press cuttings.
